Jean-Philippe Mersy has been a partner at Baker Tilly since 2008. He joined Baker Tilly in 1999 after three years at Arthur Andersen Luxembourg.
He is primarily specialised in accounting (reporting, consolidation) and financial statements analysis for a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large Private Equity houses and multinationals.
He also provides tax and VAT compliance services and deals with corporate restructuring (tax planning, merger, demerger).
Jean-Philippe has significant experience with company management/directorship. He attends board meetings of Private Equity houses.
He holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance of the Metz University (France) and the title of Chartered Accountant.
Jean-Philippe speaks French (mother tongue) and English.
